Service terms
Terms for the monthly Listing Care service.
Replace the placeholders and obtain appropriate legal review before public launch.
1. Business service and agreement
The service is offered to customers acting for business purposes. The contract consists of these terms, the published service description, onboarding choices and any written variation we agree.
2. Standard monthly scope
For one eligible and verified Google Business Profile, the standard plan includes one monthly health check, two profile posts, four to eight suitable customer-supplied photos, responses to up to ten new reviews under the chosen authority rule, opening and special-hours checks, and a concise monthly summary.
3. Exclusions and extra work
Guaranteed rankings, paid advertising, websites, broader SEO, social-media management, professional photography, disputes, and substantial verification, suspension, reinstatement or appeal work are excluded unless separately agreed. Monthly quantities are service limits and do not roll forward.
4. Access, ownership and authority
The client must retain ownership of the profile and normally add our dedicated account as a Manager. Passwords must not be shared. The client authorises routine changes within the agreed scope. Material changes to business name, address, ownership, regulated claims or core category are referred for approval unless specific written authority exists.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for accurate business information, lawful claims, current hours, timely approvals and permission to use supplied photos, logos and content. The client must promptly report closures, changes, complaints and inaccuracies.
6. Review responses
We respond only under the written rule selected in onboarding. Negative, legal, safety-related, safeguarding, medical, financial or otherwise sensitive reviews are normally referred to the client. We do not invent facts or disclose confidential information.
7. Google and outcomes
Google Business Profile is a free third-party product. We are independent from Google and cannot control algorithms, ranking, moderation, outages, policy enforcement or feature availability. No search position, traffic, calls, leads or revenue is promised.
8. Fees and start of work
The standard fee is £59 per month, charged in advance through Stripe unless otherwise agreed. Work starts after payment, completed onboarding and confirmed Manager access. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless we are required to charge it and tell you.
9. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The client may cancel future renewals through the billing portal or by written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not normally refund a paid month or completed or scheduled work.
10. Suspension and termination
We may pause or end the service for non-payment, unlawful or misleading instructions, abusive conduct, material breach, policy risk or loss of access. When the relationship ends, routine work stops and management access will be removed or relinquished as required.
11. Content, confidentiality and data
The client retains ownership of supplied materials and grants limited permission to edit and publish them for the service. Each party must protect confidential information. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
12. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for Google's decisions, outages or third-party acts, or for indirect or consequential loss. Any further liability limitations should be reviewed for your legal form and circumstances.
13. Changes and law
We may update terms for future service periods with reasonable notice. Insert the governing law and courts appropriate to your business after legal review.
