You remain in control

The business owner should remain an owner or co-owner of the Business Profile. We normally request Manager access only. You can change or remove that access, and we do not need your password.

Our authority is limited

We only manage a profile after receiving written or digital authority. Review responses require explicit approval under the rule selected during onboarding. Material or sensitive changes are referred to the client.

There are no ranking guarantees

Google controls its platforms, algorithms, moderation and feature availability. We do not promise a particular position, continued appearance, traffic, calls, leads or revenue.

Fees and ending the service

The monthly fee is for the service described on this website. Google does not charge for the Business Profile itself. Clients can end future renewals under the service terms. On termination, we remove our management access when requested and in accordance with applicable policy.
