Do you need my Google password?
No. You add our dedicated account as a Manager through your Business Profile settings. You retain ownership and can remove our access.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
No one can guarantee a particular position in Google Search or Maps. We provide accurate maintenance and publishing work, not guaranteed ranking outcomes.
Who approves review replies?
You choose the approval rule during onboarding. Straightforward positive reviews can be answered under an agreed style; negative, legal, safety-related or sensitive reviews are referred to you.
What happens if I have no new photos?
We will use approved existing services and information for the month's updates. Photo quantities depend on you supplying suitable images.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The service is monthly. Cancel before your next billing date through the Stripe customer portal or by written notice under the service terms.
Are you part of Google?
No. The Local Listing Co is independent. Google Business Profile itself is free; your payment is for the management service described here.
