Information we collect

We may collect names, business contact details, profile and website links, service information, opening hours, supplied content, authority choices, correspondence, payment status and records of work completed. Stripe handles card information; card details should not pass through this site.

Why we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, provide free checks, assess suitability, form and perform contracts, manage profiles, communicate with clients, keep business and tax records, protect accounts and comply with legal or platform obligations.

Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, our bases may include steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and consent where required.

Suppliers and sharing

Information may be processed through Netlify for forms, Stripe for payments, Google for authorised profile management, email and storage providers, and professional advisers or authorities where necessary. Confirm the services you actually use and add appropriate supplier details before launch.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, disputes and legal records. We use proportionate access controls, separate management credentials and do not ask clients to share passwords.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, subject to conditions and exemptions. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
